The CEO. Apparel, LLC Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to The CEO. Apparel, LLC (“The CEO. Apparel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) mobile message service, you agree to these Mobile Terms and Conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the mobile message service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By opting in to our mobile message service, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from The CEO. Apparel, including but not limited to messages regarding promotions, updates, order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service communications. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS/text messages from us. If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS/text messages to you again.

The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your interactions with us. You will typically receive messages about promotions, your orders, and customer service updates.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
